Shahed Amanullah is the Managing Director of Frost Capital and creator of Zakatify and Zabihah.com, the world's first and largest Halal restaurant guide with 10 million annual users. 

Outside of being an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Earth Institute, Eron Bloomgarden is Founder and Managing Partner of Climate and Forest Capital. He is an expert in environmental finance and green infrastructure. 

Kim Bryden is the CEO & Founder of Cureate and Cureate Connect. She has worked in the food and beverage industry from government, to Fortune 500 retail management, to food-tech startup, assisting with their growth and scaling initiatives. 

Dr. Craig Considine is a scholar, professor, global speaker, media contributor, & public intellectual based at the Department of Sociology at Rice University. He is the author of many books & articles.

Chef Manolo Lopez is one of the Top Most Influential Latinos of NY. From creating recipes for the NY Times to leading the Cosa Nuestra Relief Fund, Manolo's passion lies in driving social change in local communities.

Naser Jaber broke into the New York food scene when he opened Mazeish, a Palestinian-South American fusion restaurant on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, before ultimately creating online platform Komeeda to help people connect to exciting new foods, and meet the passionate chefs behind their meals.  

Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Moosh founder Chef Behzad Jamshidi's most recent endeavor was with the Michelin-starred Gabriel Kreuther in New York City. Being mentored in the kitchens of Michelin-starred and world-renowned chefs, Jamshidi’s training inspired an obsession for fine dining and service. 

Before being an EiR at Dev Equity, a social investment fund focused on food and urban development in Latin America, Dan MacCombie and his co-founder moved to Ecuador to found the Amazonian tea company and social enterprise, Runa, which supports farmers’ livelihoods and reforestation. Runa was later acquired by Vita Coco in 2018.

Most recently starring on Netflix's The Final Table, Chef Charles Michel is a philomath studying the convergence of art, science, and multisensory aesthetics. He has published over a dozen papers on crossmodal perception.

As a New School faculty member and founder of islamicate, L3C, Dr. Hussein Rashid focuses on religious literacy and cultural competency. He has published academic works on Malcolm X to Islam and comics, and most recently finished co-editing a book on Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel. 

Stan Sagner is a writer and producer focused on the intersection of food and culture. He is also an independent media and food strategy consultant advising clients including Sony and BBC

Chef Carolina Santos-Neves is a Brazilian-American chef, writer, culinary consultant, and food diplomat.

Master Beekeeper Rabbi Daniel Senter descends from a prominent Rabbinic family. During his years at Yeshiva, he received a certification in Milah and Shechita. Some of his other areas of expertise include clock making, automobile restoration, magician, emergency medical technician, and foraging.
